At Laing and Dimick, we recognize that your choice of a dermatologist is driven both by the doctor's competency and personality. Dr. Kathy Laing

Dr. Laing opened her private practice in Ann Arbor in September of 1998 after having been a Division Head of Dermatology in the Henry Ford Health System for 8 years.  She graduated from the University of Michigan Medical School with honors from the Inteflex Program, and then continued at U of M with a General Surgery Internship, a Wound Healing Fellowship, and her Dermatology Residency.  She is Board Certified in Dermatology.  Since opening her office, she has enjoyed getting to know her patients of all ages and backgrounds, treating them for their medical and surgical dermatological problems.  Dr.  Laing's special interest lies in diagnosing skin cancers.

Dr. Laing welcomed Dr. Anastasia Dimick as her associate in 2006, and is grateful to her wonderful team for their excellent care and caring of their patients.




Anastasia Petro Dimick, M.D.

Dr. Dimick returned to Ann Arbor after a sojourn in New Hampshire where she practiced Dermatology with Foundation Medical Partners in Nashua, during which time her husband did his general surgical fellowship at Dartmouth. Prior to that, she completed her Dermatology residency training program at the University of Michigan in 2003, after having interned in Internal Medicine at the University of Pittsburgh.  She graduated from Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia with highest honors (magna cum laude, AOA), and completed her undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering with a concentration in biomedical engineering at Carnegie Mellon University. Dr. Dimick joined Dr. Laing in July of 2006.
